Paved lot open sunrise to sunset, Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, February – October
From I-5, exit Via de la Valle.
Go east on Via de la Valle.
Turn right on Paseo Delicias (which becomes Del Dios Hwy.).
Turn right on Rancho Dr.
Turn right at the sharp left curve in the road at the bottom of the hill, across the street from Hernandez Hideaway, and go through the gate into the paved parking area.
OR
From I-15, exit Via Rancho Pkwy.
Go west on Via Rancho Pkwy.
Turn left on Del Dios Hwy.
Turn left on Rancho Dr.
Turn right at the sharp left curve in the road at the bottom of the hill, across the street from Hernandez Hideaway, and go through the chain link gate into the parking area.
Trail Access:
At the northeast corner of the parking area next to the interpretive kiosk.
Notes:
Alternative parking is available year-round in the dirt area outside the gate across the street from Hernandez Hideaway.
Portable toilet available.
